Players with lower thieving will not achieve this profit rate and should see the table below for their estimated profit.

Pickpocketing master farmers can yield good amounts of seeds for Farming. The real money-makers are Ranarr seeds, Snapdragon seeds, and Snape grass seeds (worth 31,851 , 51,368 , and 2,120 respectively). These seeds are very rare (appearing every 1/302, 1/2083, 1/260 pickpockets) but make up 92.3% of the profit.

It’s not recommended to pickpocket Martin in Draynor, due to the left click talk option.

If low on health, players can buy wines from Fortunato in Draynor Village, or steal some cake from the Baker’s stall if pickpocketing in Ardougne. Otherwise, players will need to use conventional food to restore Hitpoints.

With 85 a player can access the north wing of the Farming Guild wherein a Master Farmer can be trapped within the three-tile area on the west side of the Celastrus tree patch. Once the farmer walks to the furthest southern tile, a player only has to move one tile north every four minutes or so to allow the Master Farmer to move and reset its 5-minute respawn timer. Avoid stepping on the black rabbit or another player as this will cause the farmer to no longer be trapped by your character.

Profit varies enormously based off thieving level, greatly improving after certain milestones. At 50 players can equip full Rogue equipment for guaranteed double loot, doubling profit. At 72 players can complete the Ardougne Diary (hard) for an additional 10% pickpocketing boost. It is not recommended to thieve Master farmers for profit at low levels as there are much better money making methods out there. Below are some experience and profit estimates at certain levels.

A Master Farmer is a farmer who cannot be attacked and can only be acted on by pickpocketing. It takes level 38 Thieving to pickpocket them. If the theft is successful, then the player will receive 43 Thieving experience and a random seed or seeds, excluding tree and fruit tree seeds. If the theft attempt fails, then the player is stunned for three seconds and takes damage depending on current life points, from 30 up to 250 life points.

After a theft attempt from a Master Farmer, the player will be unable to buy seeds from Olivia, a seed seller who is in Draynor Village market, for the next fifteen minutes. One way to overcome this is to have a vial of stench (a), a reward from A Guild of Our Own, one of the Thieving Guild capers.

A player with level 39 Thieving can gain around 20,000 experience an hour, while a player with 99 Thieving and a thieving outfit (excluding full master camouflage outfit as this does not allow pick-pocketing with a full inventory when the double pickpocket effect triggers) can gain in excess of 150,000 experience an hour. Lower level players or non-combat accounts looking for easy seeds can safely pickpocket these at a higher Thieving level.

To minimise junk seeds one can fill their inventory with the desired seeds as, providing the master camouflage outfit outfit is not worn, you can continue pick-pocketing with a full inventory. Master Farmers are a good source for Allotment, Flower, and Hop seeds. The seedicide item effect will work to automatically destroy any pickpocketed seeds specified, although no experience is given for this effect.
